Refund and Cancellation
We aim for complete customer satisfaction, that includes delivery of all books ordered and in due time.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders prior to order procurement or shipment, whichever is earlier, and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within two business days from the date of order , as we usually procure and ship the books within two business days from receiving the order . Once the order is shipped can not be cancelled.
However, part or full order can be requested for refund if the product is damaged after receiving the delivery. For this we will require proof in original packing condition or video of package opening. Please note, minor damages due to logistic handling cannot be refunded. We take utmost care of our orders and packages are covered with multiple layers of protective materials like bubble wraps.
For any book that we are not able to supply, within the stipulated time, after discussing with a customer, we issue a full refund.
If a customer wants to cancel the order and ask for a refund, within two business days of ordering, we process a refund after deducting 4% of the total order value, for payment processing and transaction fees.
COD orders cannot be cancelled after two business days.
We’ll make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order. It normally requires 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, after the refund is processed.

Our weekly work timings are Mon – Sat 10 am to 6 pm. National, regional and special holidays are applicable.
